Dorothy Tuma is best known for her black and white architectural photographs. Recently she has turned to fabric art to recreate her artistic visions.

She enjoys the tactile creation process. Her current art pieces are expressions of photos replicated in fabric. She also enjoys working in abstract form on fabric as the canvas with various techniques. Her fabric art has appeared in group art shows in Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, and Nebraska City, Nebraska.

Dorothy is a past President Omaha Artists, Inc. Her photography has appeared in local, national, and international publications; she has received numerous awards for her photography.
